Return-Refund/Exchange Policy
Some Products may be exchanged for size only (on boots and apparel) within 7 days provided the product is in as new condition, unworn, with ALL Tags attached. Products may be refunded within 7 days provided the product is in as new condition with ALL Tags . Note: There is a fifteen (15) percent restocking fee for all refunded products. Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
In Store: A receipt or Proof of purchase is Required for ALL Exchanges or Returns on Applicable items.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges on any Under Garments, Body Armour, Ballistic Plates, Electronics, Lasers, Collapsible Batons, Handcuffs or Knives.
No Returns or Refunds on Custom ordered Products (Non Stocked items)
Product Warranties are those provided by the Manufacturer NOT the Retailer.
A Return Authorization # is required for all Returns for items Purchased online
Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before the order ships. Once the order has been shipped, you may follow our refund or exchange policy. To cancel your order, please contact TPC by calling 416-252-4000. Please have your order number ready to promptly cancel your order. The order number can be found on the confirmation page or the invoice emailed out to you upon payment confirmation.
